I completed in the Snowdonia Marathon in 3 hours and 43 minutes. It was a memorable day and a great run. The Welsh did not dissappoint the Sheep were pretty and it poured down with rain.

 

Thanks to all those who sponsored me. We raised over £1000 for Autism Concern and Carlsberg ( my employer) have offered to add another £300 into the pot.
