On 7th April 2017, I will be retiring from Williams Denton Cyf after 34 years in the saddle! To mark this momentous day, I will, quite literally, be on my bike embarking on a sponsored cycle ride from Bangor pier to Williams Denton in Llandudno to raise money for Home-start Conwy and Prostate Cancer UK.

Home-Start Conwy is a community-based scheme which offers support, friendship and practical help to parents experiencing difficulties where there is at least one child in the household aged 5 years or under. The Scheme provides a unique service recruiting and training volunteers who in turn offer one to one needs-led support to parents in their own home and in group sessions.
