I am again entering the 100 mile London-Surrey challenge ride in July in order to help raise money for UNICEF. They carry out great work across the world, helping children who desperately need their support.

Given that I did the ride last year, I am entering with the full knowledge of just how hard it will be pedalling at pace for 5.5 hours or more and tackling those big hills in Surrey (not to mention the effect of a racing saddle for that duration). Therefore, I am trying to improve on last year's total for UNICEF.
