Due to an impending midlife crisis and the possibility that Team Ken Dodd's Dad's Dog is Dead (aka me, Keran Royle, Olly Trevail and Stuart Brodie) may represent Cornwall in the velodrome at the next Commonwealth Games we've decided to cycle across Ireland in just five days.

Completely unfazed by the challenge we've trained on a diet of Hub burgers and by using our bikes as little as possible. So please give generously as it will be complete hell...
