Undeterred by the advancing years I'm having another go at the Cardiff Half Marathon. I hope to break two hours this time having just missed out last year.  This year's run coincides with Cardiff v Palace the day before so provided there are no unseemly incidents with the Cardiff hardcore I'll be on the starting line with around 10,000 others on Sunday 18th, just possibly wearing my Palace shirt.
