In support of our partnership with the Alzheimers Society,
our ongoing support for Dementia research and awareness, and in memory of my Dad who passed away a few months ago from Dementia, I will be taking part in my own SOBER OCTOBER in order to raise funds. 

I will be contributing what I would normally spend in the pub for the month. Those of you who know me will know what a challenge this is for me as I am partial to a beer or three.
