Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
This summer (July 2013) I am taking part in the 3 Peaks Challenge. This involves trying to scale the 3 highest peaks in the UK within 24 hours. The peaks are: Snowdon, Scafell & Ben Nevis.
I am raising money through this effort towards the FORCES CHILDREN'S TRUST.
The Forces Children’s Trust is charity devoted to helping children whose father or mother has died, or has sustained life threatening injuries whilst serving as a member of the British Armed Forces.

The Forces Children's Trust was founded in 2004 by Mr. Denny Wise who was concerned that the subsequent needs of the affected children, were not being fully addressed. He was particularly moved by the number of children who were left without a parent.
The Trust recognises that each child is special and unique, and should an individual require help not provided directly by the FCT, the Trust can assist where appropriate.
