With the prospect of burning legs and lungs I am looking forward to channeling my inner Bradley Wiggins to raise as much as possible for the worthy cause of Cancer Research UK!  I will be cycling a 99km (61.5 mile) leg of the Countrywide Great Tour: Britain's ultimate cycling challenge which is circumnavigating the entire British coastline.  My personal challenge will involve cycling around the Isle of Wight on 13^th September 2015, day 41 of the Tour that is starting and finishing from Holyhead on Anglesey, in a 64-day, 6,800-kilometre challenge.  I have also only just taken up road cycling for this event and am looking forward to the challenge.

We all have friends and relatives who have sadly lost the battle with Cancer, and I also have close relatives who are sadly no longer here.  In memory of them I will be  aiming to raise as much as I can in aid of Cancer Research UK.
