Along with a group of work colleagues I am cycling from London to Paris taking 4 days from 12 June 2014. This is a challenge which demands some training and practice so thanks for the encouragement from Barry P as we seek form on Saturday mornings exploring a number of breakfast venues around Warwickshire. I have chosen to support Myton Hospice to honour the tremendous care they give to their patients and families in times of great need.
