I am planning to cycle from Seattle to Atlanta in the USA between the 24th July and the 30th August. Excluding flying time that's 36 days to cycle around 3500 miles. Which is almost 100 miles a day if I manage to cycle every day and don't get lost!

I would quite probably have done this trip anyway even if it weren't a charitable venture but since the Alzheimers Society is a charity whose work is particularly valued by my family and I, I would like to use this opportunity to help support those who are living with the terrible effects of this disease and those who are trying to cure it.
