This year, I'm running the Great Manchester Run on 26th May and the Great North Run on 15th September, to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. As a CF patient myself, I've seen the impact this disease can have on people's lives, and want to help ensure a better quality of life for the next generation of CF sufferers.
