Those who doubted my ability to lose 60 lbs in a year were proved absolutely right - I definitely bit off more than I could chew (which is why I put weight on in the first place)!!!</span></span></span></strong></p>

I feel immeasurably better and one or two people have even failed to recognise me! As I failed, I now owe Beating Bowel Cancer a cheque for £1000 and I am delighted that in total we have raised nearly £8000 to fight bowel cancer with the various initiatives I have launched in this last year. I still intend to slim but no targets this time!</span></span></span></strong></p>
