Tiny Lives is a charitable trust that helps to care for 800+ premature and sick newborn babies and their families each year. It supports the Newcastle Neonatal Service at Newcastle Royal Victoria Infirmary that cares for babies from across the North East and Cumbria.

Story

A lot of people seem to run marathons for charity, but im shit at running marathons so im going to lift stuff instead.

The aim is quite simple, using only 4 exercises im going to lift a total of 30,000kg. That will be deadlifts, squats, bench press and military press. If it takes all day thats how long ill stay in the gym :)

The way i see it is -

110 reps of 100kg deadlifts = 11,000kg

100 reps of 75kg bench press = 7,500kg

100 reps of 75kg squats = 7,500kg

100 reps of 40kg military press = 4,000kg

Its not a test of strength and just about anyone could do it, its just a case of carrying on through the pain for a good cause. I might post a video of me trying to walk the next day for the amusement of the sponsors.

Thanks, any help towards this is massively appreciated, Tiny Lives is a fantastic charity (without them Taylor wouldnt have had such great care when she was born premature).
