On Saturday December 10th the whole crew at FFS on Leeson Street will each do our selected challenges to raise money for the Irish Cancer Society. This is a charity which is very close to me and my wife and we would really appreciate it if you can help us stand up to Cancer in a very small way. 

I will be doing two events to try and raise as much as possible 1. Run 7km in under 30 mins and 2. Do Over 100 chin ups and over 150 push ups in 30 minutes. If anybody thinks this is easy-  I am more than happy to see you all lace up the runners and join me. 

Together our goal is €50,000 for the Irish Cancer Society.

Whether it's a fiver or a fifty it's all massively appreciated. I'll think of you on the 10th when my arms are no longer arms!
