I am raising money for Speyside Handicapped trust - they are based at Badaguish Cairngorm Outdoor Centre and are a small independent charity helping children and adults with learning difficulties and other special needs enjoy 24 hour respite care and activites in the Cairngorms National Park. To do this I am running the Aviemore Half Marathon on Sunday 18th October 2009.

One of Fi's Primary 7 classes from a school for children with complex learning difficulties are going to Badaguish for a few days of adventure soon.
