Hi there People !

Thanks for dropping by..... 

So i'm running again but this time it's HUGE !!!  I'll be running all 26.2 miles (hopefully) of The Loch Ness Marathon 2009 in aid of my favourite charity, Northsound Radio's Cash for Kids. 

Dig deep please, the deeper you dig, the faster i'll run.
