I must be mad but i am now back in training week 5 for the New York Marathon.  Having run the Dublin 2006 and London 2008 I have now been challenged to run the New York in November 2009.

All fundraising will as previously go to the Huntington's Disease Association which in these difficult economic times need every penny we can raise so if you contribute whatever amount, the charity of which I am chairman for the South Wales branch, will be extremely grateful.
