My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I want to give a little back to the Action Heart charity to help others the way they have helped me back to health following my heart attack in May 2011. Every £1 will help and if you are a UK taxpayer, please select gift aid as the UK Government will add 25p to every £1 donated.
I will be taking part in the Action Heart 5 mile run, although I will only be walking, on Sunday 26th February.

Action Heart provides a cardiac rehabilitation service that helps people who have suffered from a heart attack, undergone cardiac surgery, or have a cardiac related condition. Coronary Heart Disease is now seen to be the UK's biggest killer and Action Heart is dedicated to the primary and secondary prevention of this condition.
