I have chosen this charity as slavery is still prevalent worldwide and is often overlooked or ignored, today it takes many forms; including forced labour, human trafficking, early and forced marriage and bonded labour. The latter has been seen in the construction of the infrastructure for the Qatar World Cup in which 400 Nepalese workers have died, which is estimated to rise to 4,000 by the time the 2022 finals take place.
