In June 2010 I will be climbing to the summit of Mount Killimanjaro to raise funds for East Belfast Mission. 19,700 ft, Africa's tallest Mountain, the tallest free standing Mountain in the world. 3,000ft higher than base camp in Everest.
I am currently training like mad! and have been involved in a number of events to raise money including bag packing in local stores, a sponsored walk and a Gourmet evening in The Georgian House restaurant in Comber.
I am especially interested in the Employability services of East Belfast Mission. It offers support and services to those seeking employment. Each person registered gains access to a mentor and the relevant skills, knowledge and information to help them in their search for employment.
