This is a big challenge for me. I am not a runner and I am as you know over weight. Over the past few years I have begun to realise just how much I have to be thankful for. People of all ages have difficulties with vision and hearing  and I decided that this charity has a personal resonance for me. Living with limited sight and hearing is something i just cant imagine.
