<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Patterdale is a place most dear to me and it and its school need all the help they can get to minimise rural exodus and remain a thriving Lakeland village.&nbsp;</p> <p>We will be walking the Patterdale Parish Boundary (see picture top left). The boundary goes over the top of several big mountains including Helvellyn, Fairfield and High Street, and is 30 miles long requiring 10000ft of ascent and descent. We're not getting any younger so this represents a serious challenge which has required some gruelling training.
