CMS Revolution Bike Tour · 9 May 2010

Church Mission Society began in 1799 with a group of Christians, including William Wilberforce, who said yes to Jesus’ call to follow him to the edges. Today, in that same pioneering spirit, we continue to share Jesus’ love at the edges – working in over 40 countries across the world and in the UK.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our Revolution JustGiving page.

On 9th May, we and a team of cyclists will roll out from Hull to begin our 13-city tour, raising money for CMS and SAMS mission work around the world.  We will cover over 700 miles, cross the Pennines twice, climb the infamous Snake Pass, plot a way through Sherwood Forest, traverse the Severn Road bridge into Wales and take our lives in our hands by cycling across London. We will finish two weeks later, arriving in Oxford on 22nd May just in time to join the CMS Day 50 celebrations (find out more by visiting www.cms-uk.org).

Please support us on this adventure and help us meet our target of £2,000!

If you are interested in joining us for the whole tour or for one leg - or just want to come and join in the church events at various points along the route - please visit www.cms-uk.org/revolution or contact Ruth at ruth.biddulph@cms-uk.org for more details.
