<p>Dear all,</p>
<p>On 1st September 2011, myself and five friends will be taking up the challenge of cycling from London to Paris. Team "Poppy Bellies" will be cycling over 440km in four days whilst hoping to raise over £10,000 for the Royal British Legion. </p>
<p>The British Legion does wonderful work helping ex soldiers, and their dependants, who risked their lives in the World Wars and more recently the Gulf war and currently in Iraq and Afganistan . Like all charities they need every penny.</p>
<p>I really appreciate your sponsorship, however big or small, as this will make a huge difference to peoples lives.</p>
