A colleague has been diagnosed with terminal prostate cancer and given as little as two years to live.

I am delighted to say that he has to date defied his earliest prognosis and is still running ultra-marathons, inspiring others to enjoy life to the full whilst raising funds and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK.
