I'll be taking part in the 2009 Santa Dash in Carlisle. It's a 3km run with a catch, running in a Santa outfit complete with beard and moustache! The run is to raise money for Eden House Children's Hospice and CFM's Cash for kids. These are charities that cover Cumbria and South West Scotland supporting children with life-limiting illnesses and disabilities. Each year they need £800,000 to support their work and this is where we can all lend a hand. So get into the Christmas spirit and start giving! A brilliant way to start Christmas.
