You'll probably know about Alzheimer's. For me, it's one of the scarier conditions, affecting as it does so many people in such a fundamental way. So I was delighted when Lloyds colleagues chose them as our supported charity this year.

Brighton will be my 2nd marathon, 3 years aft the 1st. And I feel more than 3 years older! Today I ran my longest training run yet, 18 miles in the Dales..... And it was snowing.
