Hola amigos,

As you many of you probably know, aimlessly running is probably somewhere near the bottom of things I'd want to do. However, a friend of mine recently approached me about St Joseph's Hospice and the amazing work they did for his mum before she sadly passed away. 

Understanding the work they do and how much money is needed to run the hospice I thought I would join in towards the overall contribution by running the Hackney Half. ANY kind of donation would be greatly appreciated!
