I'm doing a sponsored walk over the lofty peaks of the Malverns in support of the Nelson Trust, an oranisation which "provides residential treatment, care and support for people with complex drug and alcohol addictions". I am being bullied into doing this by a very short person called Toni, who works for the Trust and is theoretically related to me.

I think I'm meant to explain my motives for doing this but I haven't really got much to say. Nor do I intend to put a photo on the page - it's bad enough that I'm asking you for money without frightening you into it.
