This October I will be again tackling the Spartan race which involves 3+ miles and 20+ obstacles including mud, fire, walls and barbed wire. 

For those that know me well, you will understand that will be a challenge for me! 

I'm not tackling this alone though, but with a select bunch or equally mad friends, and we intend to raise as much money for our chosen charity as we can.
