What started off as a bike ride with friends on a summers evening with a stop for a pint became a little more serious when it was suggested we put our efforts to good use and raised money for charity. 

What better cause than to raise money on behalf of a neighbours daughter Zoe Blacklock who was diagnosed with cancer aged just 3. After the initial shock of this life changing news the family have been well supported by CLIC and therefore this is my chosen charity.  

We are going to cycle 103 miles from Ilfracombe to Plymouth on the 30th August to try  to raise a realistic sum of £200 each so please help and don't forget to take advantage of Gift Aid if applicable
