On 1st June Alex and I are taking part in the TRIbal Triatlon in Bath. This involves a 1.5k swim, 40k bike ride and 10k run.  Its the first time we've tried a full distance event, so the friendly rivalry and motivation of doing something for others should keep us going. 

The entrance fees and Lycra are all paid for, so all donations will go straight to the charity.
