Update Mon 18th June

We did it ! It was wet, tiring, hilly and extremely windy but we had a fantastic experience arriving in Perranporth 35 minutes ahead of our target 48 hours duration - We were certainly spurred on by all your generous sponsorship and kind (usually !) words.

Help Avon Wildlife Trust ensure that children have the experiences that create treasured memories by supporting HP Bristol’s runners in their charity run to raise funds for our children and nature project.  We are working with schools so that the children can experience wildlife and the natural world on their doorstep. We want to ensure that every primary age child gets outside regularly so they can have those treasured childhood experiences. Please help us make sure the next generation is happier and healthier.

 

I'm part of a 16 (ish) mixed team who will be running a section of the South West Coastal Path in continuous relay format from Minehead to Perranporth  aiming to cover 245 miles (which equates to 312 miles when taking the 53,000 ft of climbing into account) in 48 hours. That means we will have the fun of running through the night with headtorches and hoping not to try the growing sport that is Coasteering !
