Daily updates will appear here once we begin, just over two weeks to go now !!!
Between 23rd April and 3rd May we are riding the 1000 or so miles from John O' Groats to Lands' End. As we are keen cyclists we decided to do this for fun and as a personal challenge. However lots of people have suggested that whilst we're doing this we would be daft not to try to raise a few pounds for charity.
We've chosen to support charities that have personal meaning to us, and we hope you agree they are worthwhile causes.
So in addition to Unison Welfare we are supporting :-
The Prostrate Cancer Charity - cancer research & care.

Francis House - care for terminally sick children & their parents.

Help for Heroes - supporting ex-servicemen and women.

To donate to one of these alternative causes just click on the link and it will take you to the relevant page.
We know times are hard at the moment, but if you can spare a small amount it will be greatly received and go a long way in helping these very worthwhile causes.
