<p>I Have finally stopped thinking and have decided how I aim to do my bit for 'Team Benny' and the SMA Trust.</p> <p>I fear I may have set my sights a little high but my imaginary personal trainer assures me that is will be a breeze. Presently there are three of signed up for the Wales 3000 and we are aiming for between the 16th and 18th June. &nbsp;Idiots have to run up <strong>and</strong> down 15 of Wales' finest peaks in 24 hours. &nbsp;If anyone would like to join us you are more than welcome.</p> <p>As a warm up to this we are apparently doing the Kamikaze Adventure Run on Sunday 13th May.
