As many may or may not know for the past eight months or so I have donated two nights a week to Hibernian Community Foundation working on their men's health programs. It has been very rewarding, challenging but fun. I am running the Edinburgh half marathon in order to raise a little money to buy some much needed new health and sport equipment in hope of delivering higher quality programs in future, tackling the current obesity epicemic, improving health in the community and really making a difference to people's lives.

I have set no target amount to hit as we are just looking to raise as much as possible - whether it be large or small the total sum will be put to good use.
