Soon I'll be completing the Welsh 3 Peaks and also the Swansea half marathon. Please help me raise money for Tŷ Hafan.


Ty Hafan provides paedriatic palliative care and supports life-limited children and their families across Wales. Every year Tŷ Hafan needs to raise 4.2 million to provide its free services. https://www.tyhafan.org.
