Having lost over 3 stone in the last year I thought I would use my new found 'fitness' to do something for charity.

I have 'volunteered' to join the HSBC Regional Bike ride from West Wales to Land's End which, after a few twists and turns, should amount to about 440 miles over 7 days.....only two problems, one, I still don't have my bike sorted and two, its been about 15 years since I have ridden one!...what could go wrong?

Anyway it is for a really worthwhile cause and one that is close to many of our hearts. LATCH are a Welsh children's cancer charity that supports children and their families at a very difficult time in their lives.
