During 8 days in June I will ride through 4 countries from Innsbruck to Cannes with The FireFlies.  http://thefirefliestour.com That's over 1000kms with 25000 Meters of vertical climbing. That's like cycling up Everest - 3 times over - and the distance of London to Brighton & Back every day for 8 days...  (and I do drink wine and eat cheese as recovery sustenance..but at least I can choose to do that... and need to replace the 5000+ calories a day I will burn... .). 

It's hard. (Really very hard) - especially when you have a body that was around before man landed on the moon.... and before the planet was so screwed up...!!  

I have completed 10 tours of duty with FireFlies in Europe as well as in Patagonia and California.   That is a lot of peddling. but more importantly, I've raised money in the fight against Cancer, of which the battle against Blood Cancers is widely agreed to be the key.  And yet again I find myself knowing people I love whose lives are being affected by this every day; so it's time to go again.  so SPONSOR ME...
