Many of you who know me will know the help we have had from the Children's Hospital over the years, and we are eternally grateful to them for everything they have done for us. This is an opportunity to give something back to such a worthy cause.

35(ish) years after running my first marathon, I've decided to do it all over again, this time raising money for Sheffield Children's Hospital, by running the Manchester Marathon on 10th April 2016.

This year isn't all about a marathon though; that's just where it started. Also this year I have arranged: Winter Run 10K, Vitality half marathon, Hathersage Hilly triathlon, London triathlon, Great North Run, and a number of other races. I'll be setting up sponsorship for some of these pages as well.

Please dig deep; I need all the help and inspiration I can get.
