Myself and a bunch of other mad cysclists will be cycling a whopping 600km tour of the Duero/Duoro over 5 days in June to raise money for The Benevolent charity.

 

2013 marks the 127th year since The Benevolent's foundation in 1886, established to make a real difference to the daily lives of those who have worked in the drinks industry and now need help. To find out more about the charity please visit www.thebenevolent.org.uk

 

It's no mean feat covering an average of over 100km a day (not to mention the gruelling training beforehand) so I'm looking for your support (and sympathy) please!
