<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>The Iain Rennie Hospice at Home ( Part of Iain Rennie Grove House Hospice Care) is a registered charity offering specialist and supportive care and advice for aptients with cancer and other life limiting illnesses in their own homes.</p> <p>They also aim to help the relatives and those carers close to the patient during the illness and bereavement period.&nbsp; This specialist nursing service is available 24 hours a day 365 days per year free of charge.&nbsp; With less than 10% of funding coming from the government they need all the help they can get to raise the &pound;4.8 million needed to provide this invaluable specialist nursing service.</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
