It is a four day challenge starting in Crystal Palace, South London and finishing at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. It will take me over 300 miles through Kent, Calais, Abbeville and Beauvais. </span></p>

Gemma was a friend I met through my girlfriend Heather. Gemma went to bed one night in June 2011 and never woke up: she was just 28. </span></p>

As one of the UK’s leading charities in the field of neurological research, the charity’s ultimate aim is that we don’t have to lose people like Gemma unnecessarily in the future. </span></p>
