On 12th September I will be cycling one of the stages with the National Grid 'Tour de Grid' team, cycling from their Wokingham office to their London Strand office in aid of Alzheimer's Society.

The money raised will pay for Dementia Support Workers, providing practical and emotional support to individuals and their families affected by dementia.
