The Bubble Foundation is so special to me as a very dear friend’s 12 month old son who was born without an immune system has lived his whole life in hospital in a sterile bubble. Kieran is a lovely little boy and this is the only way I can help him. The charity funds research into the condition and pays for treatment for Kieran and other children like him.

My training is going well - the long runs are starting to get longer and longer.....legs are starting to ache and it looks like the challenge has begun. The snow was a slight hurdle...but back on track now. Talking of track, track speedwork starts this week....that would be plodding a tad quicker than usual then. But all in a good cause.
