Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
This year I decided to take on the challenge again of the London Triathlon. 1 to improve my time, 2 to take on a few family members who have signed up and 3 most importantly to raise money for a charity that does not have a lot of recognition.
The Charity I am hoping to raise money for this year is the British Thyroid Foundation. Several people I know suffer from a Thyroid disease and it affects their lives hugely. The aim of the British Thyroid Foundation is:
- To provide support for those with thyroid disorders and for their families
- To provide information to those with thyroid disorders and to the medical profession
- To establish regional support groups
- To raise funds for research.
With your help you can support a very valuable charity and support the research that goes into helping people with this disorder and help make their lives better.
