I'm taking part in the Blenheim Palace Triathlon to raise money for Help for Heroes. My employer, GE, is fundraising for this fantastic charity over the next two years and is aiming to raise £350k to fund a new Wellbeing Suite at Help for Heroes Recovery Centre, Phoenix House in Catterick. 

As many of you may already know, I am a seasoned triathlete and thought this would be a great opportunity for me to raise some money whilst taking part in my favourite sport! My dad was also in the Territorial Army for nearly 30 years, so my family has a strong, military connection.
