Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have run 3 marathons for various charities in the past. After the third I decided that was enough. 2 years ago, however, my youngest son was diagnosed with a rare auto-immune condition called Juvenile Dermatomyositis or JDM for short, for which he received very intensive treatment at Great Ormond Street. Due to the extraordinary care there he is now fighting fit. Spending many weeks, day and night at Great Ormond Street we witnessed the incredible work the teams do there and so I have taken down the old running shoes. GOSH have to raise at least £50 million every year. With your help they can continue to achieve this. Please help children get well again. Many thanks.
