April 4th 2014 is a day I will never forget and neither will my family and friends.

My amazing daughter found me suffering a stroke and recognised it instantly from the FAST promotion.

Her rapid response ensured that I was receiving the thrombolysis for an ischaemic stroke in under 2 hours.

She saved my life!
