Ok so I have done a few runs in the past and some of you may well have generously dug into your pockets and sponsored me on previous occassions!

I think this run is different because I've seen first hand the fantastic work that Media Trust does every day - from turning young lives around with youth media projects to making groundbreaking films for charities and communities who couldn't otherwise afford them. They also enable thousands of media professionals to volunteer and support charities, communities and young people. They have supported a range of community projects up and down the country which have seen homeless people campaigning and securing jobs and old people running their own radio station.
